The self contained accomodation, for two people,  is accessed by its own external door, by a flight of stairs. There is a large double bedroom and an ensuite shower room.  Facilities provided include a television, fridge, kettle and crockery.  A continental breakfast is provided. There are many pubs, cafes, hotels, restaurants, takeaways in the area for meals.

Well behaved dogs are welcome, without charge.  Dogs must be kept on a lead within the grounds but there is a quiet road outside Boundary House where dogs can be exercised.
