The self contained accomodation, for two people,  is accessed by its own external door, by a flight of stairs. A large double bedroom with Sofa and an ensuite shower room.  Facilities provided include a television, fridge, kettle, toaster and crockery.  A continental breakfast (cereals, croissant, toast, orange juice, Yoghourt and Tea/ Coffee) is provided. An alternative gluten free breakfast can be provided, on request in advance, for coeliacs.  There are many pubs, cafes, hotels, restaurants, takeaways in the area for meals.

Well behaved dogs are welcome, without charge.  Dogs must be kept on a lead within the grounds but there is a quiet road outside Boundary House where dogs can be exercised.
